OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING
Opening: (Matsu) Exercise Physiologist FT/PT
Location: Wasilla, AK
Pay: $25 - $40+ DOE
Shape safer, smoother cardiac testing days as an Exercise Physiologist on a high performing imaging team. You will coach patients through stress studies, keep a sharp clinical eye on rhythms, and help providers make fast, confident decisions.

We are partnering with a respected outpatient clinic in the Mat Su that values clear communication, steady growth, and a supportive culture. You will work alongside providers who appreciate initiative and consistent patient care.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Lead and support cardiac stress testing, including exercise tolerance tests with twelve lead EKG, stress echocardiograms, and nuclear Cardiolite studies
• Perform and monitor pharmacologic stress tests for nuclear, PET, and MRI modalities
• Track and document twelve lead EKGs, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and patient symptoms throughout testing
• Interpret rhythms, recognize concerning changes, and escalate per protocol
• Prepare concise post procedure reports for cardiologists
• Educate patients on test expectations and recovery guidelines
• Help keep rooms, equipment, and supplies ready and in good working order
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Current BLS required and ACLS preferred
• Confident with twelve lead EKG acquisition and rhythm interpretation
• Experience with treadmill and pharmacologic stress testing in a clinical setting is a plus
• Comfortable working around imaging equipment with an understanding of safety practices
• Clear communicator, organized, and calm under pressure
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and assist patients safely
