Opening: CMA (Mat-Su)
Location: Wasilla, AK
Pay: $20 - $29 DOE
Join a patient centered clinic as a Certified Medical Assistant. If you like variety, teamwork, and making visits smoother for patients and providers, this is a great next step.
COMPANY INFO:
We are partnering with a respected outpatient clinic in the Mat Su that values clear communication, steady growth, and a supportive culture. You will work alongside providers who appreciate initiative and consistent patient care.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Welcome and room patients, collect histories, and record vital signs
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms and keep them clean, stocked, and ready
• Assist providers during exams and simple procedures
• Perform EKGs and document results with accuracy
• Prepare charts before appointments and update records in the EHR
• Protect patient privacy and follow clinic policies at all times
• Pitch in where needed to keep the day moving
REQUIREMENTS:
• CMA certification or comparable training preferred
• Prior clinic experience is a plus
• Comfortable with EHR systems and accurate documentation
• Strong bedside manner, attention to detail, and reliability
• Able to stand and move throughout the day and manage basic lifting as needed
