This team is seeking a reliable and compassionate Property Manager to oversee daily operations and tenant relations across their residential communities.

This team is seeking a reliable and compassionate Property Manager to oversee daily operations and tenant relations across their residential communities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Property Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting residents, and maintaining compliance across multiple affordable housing sites. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day property operations, including maintenance coordination and vendor relations
- Managing lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications
- Handling rent collections, delinquencies, and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal affordable housing regulations
- Conducting unit inspections, enforcing community rules, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs
- Collaborating with on-site staff and external partners to provide high-quality service to residents
- Previous property management experience required (affordable housing experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—must be comfortable working with diverse populations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi or similar)
- Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and housing compliance guidelines is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
