Job Description
Powder Coating Operator
We are looking for a Powder Coating Operator to join our team in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and using powder coating equipment to apply coating to various parts and accessories. You will also be responsible for material and parts preparation for the powder coating and/or painting of fabricated steel items through different techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for coating and follow all principles and practices of powder coating application.
- Able to switch between different colors of powder for Powder Coating
- Preparation of enclosure parts for Powder Coating
- Manage powder coating equipment to ensure quality results
- Efficiently apply powder paint to parts with high quality finish
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment
- Perform other jobs within the department as needed by supervisor
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of powder coating experience
- 1+ years of sandblasting experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
