What You’ll Do:
- Submit insurance pre-authorizations and manage patient paperwork.
- Confirm and brief patients on surgery details and follow up on pre-op clearances.
- Review and organize hospital documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Update and maintain patient health histories and legal records.
- Support the surgery scheduling process, keeping timelines on track.
- Answer phones, check voicemails, and relay messages to the appropriate staff.
What You Need to Have:
- Prior experience in dental or medical office administration.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and patient scheduling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a HUGE plus!
