Job Description
Location: Ridgefield, WA Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt Wage: $24.00 per hour Reports To: Accounting Manager Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (day shift)
Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate and help us maintain the financial success of our construction supplies wholesale/distribution business in Ridgefield, WA.

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate and help us maintain the financial success of our construction supplies wholesale/distribution business in Ridgefield, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice generation and distribution.
- Accurate payment allocation.
- Assistance in billing, collections, and reporting.
- Maintenance of customer records and document scanning.
- Processing customer payments and resolving inquiries.
- Handling adjustments and credits.
- Effective communication with customers and Branch Managers.
- Support with month-end closing reconciliations.
- Management of routine accounting inquiries and documents.
- Assistance with various Accounting Department tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounting principles.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Two or more years of AP/AR experience.
- Experience in construction supplies or related industry.
- Familiarity with SX.Enterprise software.
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
