WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of appliances in residential and commercial properties managed by the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more.
- Conducting maintenance and preventive servicing to extend the life of appliances.
- Ordering and replacing parts as necessary for appliance repairs.
- Providing excellent customer service to property residents and addressing their appliance-related concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service calls.
- Assisting in inventory management of appliance parts and supplies.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for various appliance types.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for appliance repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in appliance repair.
