Job Title: Tool Crib Attendant
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: Competitive Salary (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

We are a certified CNC machine shop with AS9100 and ISO 9001 credentials, serving the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors. Our team is committed to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering precision components that meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
As a Tool Crib Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting CNC machining operations by ensuring all tools and equipment are available, maintained, and in optimal working condition. You’ll manage the inventory, handle purchasing, and collaborate with machinists and supervisors to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize, issue, and maintain tools and equipment.

Track tool usage and maintain accurate inventory records.

Inspect tools for wear and coordinate repairs/replacements.

Ensure all tools are calibrated and meet quality standards.

Help manage and reduce overall tooling costs.

Support continuous improvement efforts and attend team meetings.

Maintain a clean and safe tool crib environment.

What You Need to Have: The Musts:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Prior experience in a tool crib or similar environment, preferably in a CNC shop
-
Strong organizational and inventory management skills
-
Attention to detail and quality
-
Basic computer skills
-
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
-
Background in machining or manufacturing
-
Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
