Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will assist in the delivery of remote support and/or provide on-site support as needed to both internal and external customers with assistance from senior TSE’s. Some travel will be required. With assistance from senior TSE’s as needed; assist in completing complex projects and solve problems. Prepare basic task procedures for field usage as directed. Alert supervisor of any customer issues in accordance with the established escalation procedure. Promote robust information networking practices within the global Company's team. Work with materials department to identify part and validate warranty claims with assistance as required from senior TSE’s. TSEI must be able to achieve Company's Trainer certification within one year of hire.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
• A.S. Electronics Engineering or related field of study
EXPERIENCE:
• 4+ years in an Electro-mechanical hardware support role.
• 2+ years direct experience with Company's 200mm/300mm systems or 3+ years with another Diffusion furnace manufacturer.
• Prior experience in electrical, electronics and mechanical troubleshooting and repair a must.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Company Training Certificate required after one year from start of the position
• Willing to travel and provide support during off-hours.
