City: Seattle, Washington

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In the capacity of Sales Administrator, your primary focus will be partnering with the sales team to input essential data for generating sales quotes. Your pivotal role will revolve around maintaining precise customer information while operating under the guidance of the Sales Manager and other pertinent stakeholders. Effective and prompt communication with customers, vendors, and external service providers will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
8 hour shift

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience preferable in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
- Associates Degree in Business, Communications or Manufacturing preferred
- Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks and all Microsoft Office software; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to keep a running list of projects well organized
- Strong professional communication skills both verbal and written with high level contacts inside and outside of the company
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and ability to input and control data within
- Be able to research and identify opportunities for best prices and services and materials as required per project.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documentation such as blueprints, parts lists and other related documentation is highly preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication and assembly preferred
- Be able to conduct business within both an office and manufacturing environment
- This position will report to the Sales Director. Majority of work will be conducted at a desk and will require sitting for extended periods of time with some duties required to be conducted in a manufacturing environment.
