Position: Press Brake Operator
Location: Vancouver, WA 98661
Pay: DOE
Schedule: Full-time - 1 Day(8:00am-3:30pm) & 1 Swing(3:30pm-12:00pm)  Available
Work Location: In-person
Who We Are:
We are a forward-thinking manufacturing company looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. If you have a strong background in sheet metal work and operating press brake machinery, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and straighten metal materials

  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for production

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Work collaboratively to improve production processes

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Need to Have:

  • Prior experience with press brake machinery

  • Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication

  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

  • Experience with tooling setup and basic maintenance

  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong attention to detail and component assembly accuracy
The Musts:

  • Must be able to commute to Vancouver, WA 98661
Preferred:

  • Experience with laser cutting, stamping presses, or lathe operations
