This position offers year-round work, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to lead a hardworking team in delivering exceptional landscaping services.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Supervise and lead a landscaping crew to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
- Plan and execute landscaping designs, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
- Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients and team members to address any issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and designs.
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Reliable and hardworking, with a focus on safety and quality.
