WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Front Desk Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, residents, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks. You will support the property management team by maintaining accurate records, coordinating office communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, all while providing excellent customer service and helping the office run efficiently.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$22-$25/hr
M-F 8am - 5pm 1 hour lunch

11 paid Holidays
40 hrs vacation for 1st yearÂ
80 hrs vacation 2+ years
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
To succeed as a Front Desk Office Coordinator, candidates should have strong administrative and customer service experience, including handling phone systems, greeting clients, and managing correspondence. Proficiency with office software, particularly Excel, is important, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for interacting with clients, residents, and team members. Experience in a fast-paced office environment, the ability to multitask, and professionalism when dealing with diverse or challenging situations are key. Familiarity with property management is preferred but not required.
