Our client is seeking a dependable CDL Dump Truck Driver to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a locally owned company with strong leadership, long-term stability, and year-round work.

This company specializes in asphalt, gravel, and snow removal services throughout Alaska. During the summer months, the team focuses heavily on asphalt and gravel operations, while winter brings snow removal and seasonal maintenance projects. The owner works alongside his team daily and is looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently on various job sites
  • Haul asphalt, gravel, and other construction materials
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
  • Assist with snow removal operations during winter months
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns
  • Work closely with crew members to support daily operations

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid CDL License (Class A or Class B accepted)
  • Safe driving record

A respected and well-established healthcare organization in Anchorage is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Cardiac Direct Access Clinic (CDAC) team. This opportunity is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, brings strong critical thinking skills, and is passionate about delivering timely, patient-centered cardiac care.

This role plays a key part in supporting urgent, non-emergent cardiology patients through rapid assessment, triage, treatment coordination, and patient education while working closely alongside Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a high level of clinical judgment, autonomy, and teamwork while helping improve patient access to care and reduce unnecessary emergency department visits.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Triage patients using CDAC protocols while identifying red-flag symptoms and escalating concerns appropriately
Perform clinical procedures including 12-lead EKGs, treadmill testing, IV access, and administration of IV and oral medications per provider orders
Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate changes promptly with the provider team
Coordinate diagnostic testing including labs, imaging, ECGs, and follow-up care
Support same-day, follow-up, and urgent access visits while maintaining efficient patient flow
Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and assist with call triage and referrals
Serve as a patient advocate and primary point of contact throughout care coordination
Collaborate closely with APPs and the clinical care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care

What We’re Looking For:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current Alaska RN License required
Current CPR certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
Previous cardiology, telemetry, ICU, or emergency department experience highly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting while managing multiple priorities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting physicians and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the daily physician schedule to optimize patient flow.
  • Rooming new patients, follow-up patients, and re-evaluation patients with care and efficiency.

This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful engineering projects involving fuel systems, process systems, water/wastewater utilities, and industrial facility design in challenging Arctic and remote environments.

Senior-level candidates should be capable of independently managing projects and leading multidisciplinary teams with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead mechanical engineering design efforts for industrial and utility infrastructure projects

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution required
  • Alaska Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • 5–9 years of progressive engineering experience for Mechanical Engineer level
  • 10–14 years of progressive engineering experience for Senior Mechanical Engineer level
  • Strong understanding of industrial mechanical systems and engineering design principles
  • Experience developing engineering packages for industrial or utility-related projects
  • Proficiency with engineering and office software including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written communication, technical writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in cold region or Arctic engineering environments preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Support internal and external audits, including DCAA and financial statement audits
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with leadership to develop forecasts, budgets, and key performance metrics
  • Oversee contract-level financial reporting, job costing, and work-in-progress tracking
  • Ensure accurate data management within ERP systems, including labor and expense reporting
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure proper cost allocation and financial tracking
  • Manage tax-related filings such as sales and use tax, where applicable
  • Oversee expense reporting and company credit card processes
  • Assist with audit preparation, documentation, and compliance reporting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a government contracting environment
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint (highly required)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed

We’re working with a growing organization seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations and act as a strategic partner to leadership. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with operations teams, leadership, and internal departments to ensure effective HR practices, compliance, and employee support across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operational leaders to support HR functions across multiple contracts and teams
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor agreements, and internal policies
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR best practices
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee status changes to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Support recruitment efforts including reviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring processes
  • Assist with compensation reviews aligned with wage determinations, labor agreements, and market data
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, metrics, and data analysis to support decision-making
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and reporting capabilities
  • Lead or support HR projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives
  • Assist in development and updates of HR policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Support compliance reporting (EEO, affirmative action, and other regulatory requirements)
  • Coordinate employee orientation and training initiatives
  • Oversee and support employee leave programs including FMLA, military leave, and other leave types
  • Ensure compliance with pre-employment and ongoing requirements such as background checks and drug testing (DOT and non-DOT)
  • Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and investigations
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting multi-site or government contracting environments strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience with labor relations, CBAs, or union environments is a plus
  • HRIS experience required (Deltek Costpoint experience required)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working in Anchorage and traveling as needed

A growing, mission-driven Anchorage organization is seeking a highly capable, organized, and thoughtful Executive Assistant to support its CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership in a role that directly supports community impact, organizational growth, and high-level operations.

The ideal candidate is someone who can move seamlessly between executive-level communication, detailed administrative support, project coordination, and hands-on day-to-day assistance. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and executive email correspondence

Draft, edit, and refine professional written communications including emails, letters, speeches, and presentations

Prepare materials and assist with meetings involving community leaders, donors, and public officials

Conduct research and support development of presentations, reports, and organizational materials

Assist with marketing and communication materials including flyers, announcements, and outreach content (Canva experience preferred)

Run occasional errands and assist with day-to-day operational needs as they arise

Support both high-level priorities and small administrative details in a constantly evolving environment

REQUIREMENTS:
