WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service to customers at the counter and over the phone
- Enter, review, and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Pull, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
- Receive incoming materials, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse space
- Safely load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and documentation
- Use computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse systems to manage inventory and orders
- Deliver products to customers as needed, ensuring timely and courteous service
- Support team goals by helping with daily warehouse operations and maintaining positive relationships with customers and coworkers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
- Comfortable working on concrete floors and in various temperatures
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
