Job Description

Position: Cleaner and Contents Technician
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $20/hr + $5/hr extra for biohazard clean-up + $25 bonus for after-hours callouts (with overtime pay)
Schedule: Full-time, with potential after-hours callouts
Who We Are:
A premier restoration company in the Pacific Northwest, providing property restoration services for residential and commercial clients impacted by fire, water, and smoke damage.
What You’ll Do:

Clean and deodorize customer contents damaged by fire, water, smoke, or contamination

Assist with packing and unpacking items into storage containers
-
Maintain detailed inventory of items cleaned or destroyed
-
Coordinate repair of furniture, electronics, rugs, and other belongings
-
Perform biohazard clean-up (blood, fecal matter, needles) with proper PPE
What’s In It for You:

Competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hr

Additional $5/hr for biohazard clean-up

What You Need to Have:

Valid driver’s license
