Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $22–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30PM

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a liaison between the dentist and the patient
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments

Process payments, handle collections, and post charges accurately

Maintain patient records and update information in Dentrix
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and operations?

What You Need to Have:

Previous dental, medical, or front desk reception experience preferred

Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills

Reliability and punctuality

Experience with dental insurance verification and billing

Knowledge of EHR or dental practice management software
