- Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and general questions
- Process orders, invoices, and other documentation accurately
- Maintain customer records and company databases
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory
- Pull, package, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup
- Load and unload products safely
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management
- Safely operate warehouse equipment as trained
- Assist with deliveries or transportation of materials when required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and standard office software
- Strong phone communication skills for both inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Previous customer service, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred but not required

What You’ll Do
