City:Â Bellevue, WA
WHO THEY ARE:
Located just north of downtown Bellevue, we are conveniently situated for shopping, dining, transit, and major employment centers, offering easy access to I-405, I-90, and Highway 520. We provide a smaller apartment community within a big city with a neighborhood feel.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Appliance Repair, Carpentry, and Landscaping.
- Oversee and/or perform the turn process to prepare apartments for new residents.
- Perform typical independent assignments consistent with code requirements and good working practices.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, electric switches, breakers, receptacles, appliances, drywall, countertops, and cabinetry.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC/R equipment.
- Respond to emergency situations when on-duty or when scheduled to be on-call.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to residents, team members, and service providers regarding planned and completed tasks.
- $55,000 – $58,000, DOE

- Proven experience as a Residential Maintenance Technician
- Experience with HVAC/R systems, along with the ability to perform basic electrical work, plumbing work, appliance repair, carpentry, and landscaping.
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. Ability to walk up and down the stairs.

I am born and raised in the Seattle area, and have never lived anywhere else. My wife, daughter, and I live in Renton, which is a perfect location for us. Most of my free time is spent spending time with my family, but besides that, I am a big Mariners and Seahawks fan (Bring back our Sonics!), and I coach high school basketball, which is a passion of mine.
