Service Administrator/ Dispatcher

Our busy client located in South Downtown Seattle is hiring! This is a unique opportunity to support a talented team and be the voice of their growing organization.

We' re looking for someone who understands the business of industrial equipment supplies customer service and technician dispatching. The ideal professional candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment wearing multiple hats and providing high-level internal and external customer service. Skills such as ability to type 35WPM, effective letter writing and positive customer relations are required.

Duties

Call Customers to schedule servicing of their equipment
Writing quotes for customers
Conduct follow up on repairs
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and relate to customer' s technical concerns
Proactively promote factory service contracts to customers

Requirements
4 years of customer service experience, preferably in mechanical/electrical related business.
Past office, admin, or reception experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
Exceptional typing skills, data entry, Word (testing required during interview process)
Great phone presence
Impeccable attendance, hours are M-F 8am to 5pm


$16-$18 per hour to start!
