The successful candidate would need to be a reliable self-starter whom has initiative, takes pride in their work and follows procedures well. The entry level position would start out with basic receptionist duties following assistance to the administrative department. Past office experience at would be a plus.
This role would require you to be able to complete the following tasks:
- Work a shift 8 am -- 5 pm Monday thru Friday
- Answer a multi-line NEC phone system
- Greet contractors/visiting business associates on arrival
- Retrieve, sort and distribute mail
- Filing of invoices and other paperwork
- Other miscellaneous general administrative functions
- Keep the entire office environment in a clean and professional state
To be considered for this role you will need to have the dynamics of a self-starter whom also is able to account to supervisors completed tasks, as well as having the ability to multi-task well.
