Part Time Receptionist

The Receptionist must:

  Ensure the front desk is staffed Monday through Friday, 8: 00am-5: 00pm, Be the first point of contact for any clients and guests; Manage the phone system, answer phone calls, and accurately report messages to the appropriate staff; Manage multiple staff calendars, and schedule client meetings; Record detailed and factual notes on client interactions in our online database; Maintain a clean, organized, presentable, and welcoming office environment.

Required Qualifications: Socially and culturally competent enough to work with sensitive  information,  Willing to work in a fast-paced environment,  Work cooperatively in our law firm’ s “ team player” dynamic and orientation; Capable of adapting to different managerial styles; Demonstrate professionalism; Excellent attention to detail,  Preferred Qualifications: At minimum obtain a high school degree or equivalent; Prior customer service or reception experience; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook.
