ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Division Director. Duties include data entry and processing of new and renewal license applications, generating reports on division race activity, coordinating event staff travel, newsletter/flyer production, processing of department/staff expense reports and providing customer service to the member tracks and racers in the division.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating the year-end division banquet and assisting the field department as needed. Qualifications include a minimum of 3+ years experience in a related position, excellent communication skills, experience with event planning (travel arrangements, catering, etc.), proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Access a plus), 10-key skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer oriented environment.
