A locally-owned care facility in Anchorage is dedicated to providing exceptional service to their community and is looking to for an Operations Manager to help them in their mission.
The company has been around since 1994 and specializes in in-home, senior care. They are proud to not only provide service to their communities, but to be an active part of it. The owner and family live and work in the Anchorage area to better serve their clients.
All team members pride themselves on delivering results, working together, understanding and communicating well with their clientele, and offering personable and effective customer service.
The Operations Manager should look to embody all these same values with additional talents including motivating, managing, and coaching team members. The facility looks to help each of its team members’ grow both personally and professionally and looks to the Operations Manager to help them in this goal. The manager can also expect to play a key role in budgeting and tracking the office’ s finances.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of and experience with confidential information
- 4-6 years of office management experience
- Valid Driver’ s License
- Preference will be given to those with backgrounds with in-home, senior care.
