Local Electrical Company looking for an UPBEAT and ENTHUSIASTIC Office Administrator. Compensations rangers between $14.00-$15.00 for the first 90 days.

Job Duties to include, but not limited to
  • Job Costing in Quickbooks
  • Contract Management
  • Answering Phones
  • Possible Scheduling
  • AP/AR
  • Putting together job boxes
  • Running materials to job site

Requirements
  • Must be licensed and good driving record to be eligible for company insurance
  • Quickbooks
  • Construction experience
  • Must have cell phone
  • MS Word
  • Understanding of Job Costing
  • Be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Candidates must be organized and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Construction industry experience is required. Strong Word is a must.
