Local Electrical Company looking for an UPBEAT and ENTHUSIASTIC Office Administrator. Compensations rangers between $14.00-$15.00 for the first 90 days.
Job Duties to include, but not limited to
- Job Costing in Quickbooks
- Contract Management
- Answering Phones
- Possible Scheduling
- Putting together job boxes
- Running materials to job site
- Must be licensed and good driving record to be eligible for company insurance
- Construction experience
- Must have cell phone
- MS Word
- Understanding of Job Costing
- Be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Candidates must be organized and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Construction industry experience is required. Strong Word is a must.
