Customer Service Representative

 

Customer Service Rep needed working with a local communications company.  Position requires 1-2+ years customer service experience.  Must type 30+ wpm, be proficient with a computer, and have great people skills.  Proficient MS Word and   Excel skills are also preferred. Candidate must be well spoken, mature, and polite and also be able to handle difficult customers in some situations.  Career minded & goal-oriented individuals will enjoy this growing company with excellent potential.

 

Company offers a non-retail office based work environment that caters to the needs of the employees.  Customer Service positions are located in a call center with a separate work space for each employee, as well as free parking, break room access, and a professional and friendly management staff.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 
  • Proficient computer skills including data entry
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and over the telephone
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • High energy level, enthusiastic, positive outlook, and the ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to work hard and have flexibility for overtime.
  • 1-2+ yrs experience
  • High School diploma/GED required
