Professional, reputable, and fast growing Commercial and Residential Property Management Company is looking for an EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join their team.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone trying to get their foot in the door in the property management industry as you would be working with multiple different Property managers.
Position is full time, Monday-Friday.
Pay is $15.00 PH + Benefits with opportunity for advancement and increased responsibilities.
Duties would include the following:
• Customer Service
• Answering phones and fielding calls
• Data Entry
• Basic Clerical duties
• Keeping office organized and light cleaning duties
• A MINIMUM of 2 years Office Administrative Assistant Required
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize projects and problem-solve.
• Attention to detail.
• Be a self-starter and work well with little supervision.
